He currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Capital Excellence at the Government Spending and Project Efficiency Authority (EXPRO). He has extensive experience in all areas of human resources, including organizational development, performance management, rewards, talent management, career progression, leadership development, recruitment, and human resources operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in management information systems from King Saud University, in addition to completing the Leadership Development Program from the Institute of Leadership and Management (The Institute of Leadership & Management).
