We are looking for an enthusiastic CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Inform customers about new features or any needed updates.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English & Arabic (Speaking, Writing )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
