We are looking for an enthusiastic CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Inform customers about new features or any needed updates.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Arabic (Speaking, Writing )
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • work under compression work
